The rooms come with a kitchenette for cooking. the interior design is nice. It's in a convenient location near good restaurants and shops, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat without dragging your luggage all over the place. Checking in is quick and easy 🚪.

The room was nice, but a bit crowded with one chair too many. 🪑 the interior decor was pleasant, and the location was amazing, being very close to downtown.

For the price, Rio Grande Motel in Monte Vista was a great value! The room was spacious and cozy, with beautiful decor. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with downtown and good restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing that could have made the stay better was the food for breakfast.

Rooms are clean, with fast wifi and Roku TV. Decor is interesting, especially the themed room. Staff is welcoming and helpful, even in snowy weather. Convenient location on main strip. Great value for the price.

Had a blast staying at this quirky motel during Christmas! The rustic Colorado decor was on point, with comfy touches like a reclining chair and electric fireplace in the room. Loved having a fridge and microwave too. The location was perfect, right on the main strip for easy access to downtown and getting on the road. And to top it off, we were welcomed by a cute puppy at check-in!

The only downside was hearing the footsteps from the loft above us, but that was just one night. Also, there were a few guests smoking in front of the building, despite the no-smoking policy.

Conveniently situated in the San Luis valley, this place is easy to find and a cozy spot to stay. 🏞️
